Does the bounce back offer have to be used in the same year of your stay? For example say we are staying in November 2024 but want to use the bounce back offer for a trip in January 2025 can we use it for 2025 or does it have to be used in 2024?

Hiya, Trevor! Welcome to planDisney. You have a trip this fall and are already thinking about planning another for next year. We seem to have a lot in common.

I just returned from Walt Disney World Resort and was looking at the "bounce-back" offer to keep the magic going. No matter how long I am there and all I enjoy, there always seems to be something I didn't get the chance to do. This past trip it was enjoying a DOLE Whip. I now need to go back, obviously!

As you know, the "bounce-back" offer makes leaving the parks a bit easier. When you drive past the "See 'Ya Real Soon" signs, you can say, "Yes! Yes, you will, Mickey!" Unfortunately for your timing, this current offer is for dates within 2024 and ends on December 24, 2024.

There is still plenty of magic! It's a little early for information on 2025 special offers, but based on previous years, you might want to start looking this fall. I bookmark the Special Offers page so I can find it easily. Currently, there are quite a few 2024 specials, including discounts on stays 5 nights or longer, stays this summer, and even a free dining plan offer for Disney Visa card members. It gives me hope there will be something available next year that works for you. And if there is a 2025 offer available for your January trip, you won't have to wait until the end of your November trip to book it.

November is an especially delightful time to be at Walt Disney World. The holiday decorations usually make their festive debut early in the month. As you are noting sites for planning trips, add the Disney Parks Blog to your reading list. They usually start announcing the special treats and seasonal fun around late June or July. The Disney Parks Blog will have all the information on the holiday happenings. Happy Halfmas (aka Halfway to Christmas)!

Please come back to planDisney with any other questions as you prepare for your November trip and all the magic that is to follow.

    Adventure is out there!
