Bright Suns, Vincent!
It is pleasing to know that you had a safe journey home. As you might suspect, this is a serious concern. Every Jedi in training needs a functioning lightsaber. It seems that our enemies on the Dark Side have previously disrupted a lightsaber of another Jedi in training. One of my fellow planDisney Jedi, Michelle, previously shared the secret contact information to find a repair solution at one of our rebel bases. Email merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.
When I emailed, they requested:
1) Complete name, address, and daytime phone number, including country code if applicable
2) A clear copy of the receipt (please do be sure to include the bottom bar code of the receipt)
3) A photo of the item (displaying full view and damages/defect)
4) Details of the defect/damages, style, and size if applicable.
I suggest that you act quickly before our rebel base at Merchandise Guest Services is discovered! Given these recent attacks on our most sacred instrument of the Force, I checked my family's lightsabers built at
Savi's Workshop. Thankfully, they appear to be in good order.
Most important, I am relieved that you found a way to transmit a message. We will keep watch to ensure the protection of your transmissions to the rebel merchandise base. I am scheduled for transport in the next few days and will stop by
Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities to see if any other lightsabers have been damaged. I shall also check in at
Oga's Cantina to uncover any other word on our Resistance forces.
Vincent, take courage. There is hope yet for your lightsaber!
May the spires keep you,
Donyell
