Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for your question! If I'm understanding you correctly, it sounds like you might have purchased a Magic Key and are having trouble making theme park reservations for some upcoming visits.
If that is the case, this could have to do with the details of your Magic Key! For example, if you purchased the
Imagine Key then you're able to hold up to two park reservations at a time. According to the
Magic Key Terms & Conditions, "Once the maximum number of park reservations is made for such period, another park reservation may not be made until a currently held park reservation is used, expires, or is cancelled."
Magic Keys also have blockout dates depending on the pass type. Additionally, theme park reservations are made available about 90 days out for Magic Keys. You can see current availability on the
Magic Key calendar page and then select the type of Magic Key that you purchased.
If none of the above resolved the issue that you're running into, then I would suggest
calling a Cast Member at the Magic Key line! They'll be able to see the details of your specific situation and tell you exactly what is going on.
