    I bought the wrong type of tier ticket, am i able to upgrade the type of ticket i bought?

    I hope you are as excited as I am for the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort! In just 2 days, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will reopen to California residents! When the parks reopen, enhanced health and safety measures will be in place and the parks will be operating at reduced capacity. Even though the parks may look a little different on your next visit, Mickey, Minnie and the rest of their pals will be there to welcome you back- socially distanced of course!

    I’m sorry to hear that you purchased the wrong ticket. Do not fret because a Cast Member will be able to assist you in upgrading your ticket. You’ll need to call Ticket Services and they will be happy to help. Wait times have been longer than usual so please be patient when you call. 

    Well Sierra, I hope you’re zooming with Mater and Lightning McQueen down Route 66 in no time!
