    I bought the Verry Merry Christmas Party tickets this morning with disney experience account, i chose email delivery so i wouldnt have to get them mailed. But they are not showing up under my tickets?? When will I receive them??

    Welcome to planDisney! Okay, so the holidays may not be here just yet, but purchasing a ticket to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party can sure put someone in the holiday spirit! This special holiday event is sure to be full of festive cheer and offers incredible Christmastime firework displays, characters decked out in their holiday best, and of course, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Time Parade. Get ready for the best night of the season! 

    Alyssa, great minds think alike! I also purchased tickets for this incredible event in the wee hours of the morning. It was so early that Cinderella was still on her way home from the ball (about twenty minutes after midnight). I chose the digital delivery option and received a confirmation email with my purchase in about ten minutes. A short time later my tickets were automatically added to my My Disney Experience account. It is worth noting that it can take up to 24 hours for tickets to appear on your account or for a confirmation email to be received. If you received a confirmation email, but do not see the tickets in your My Disney Experience account, you can easily link them in a few steps. Locate the ticket confirmation number in your email (it will be in bold letters in the main paragraph and also located under the ticket barcode). Then log in to your My Disney Experience account through the Walt Disney World Resort website or mobile app to get started. If you are using the website to link your tickets, select the My Plans page, and click on the blue ticket icon. You will select the Tickets and Passes tile in the app to link the confirmation number. 

    If you have not received a confirmation email and still do not see your tickets after 24 hours, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with Existing tickets for additional support. They may be able to help you locate and link your tickets by phone.
