    Hi, I've just bought a valid theme park ticket for Disney's Animal Kingdom and I’m getting error messages when making the park pass reservation (the park is available for the day I want to book). How can I make the reservation?

    Oh bother! I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having technical issues when trying to book your Theme Park reservations for Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I've found that this is usually due to problems with my software, but don't worry! This is generally very easy to fix. If this is the case for you, I would encourage you to clear your laptop or desktop computer's cache first, and then see if that works for you. 

    If you're still having issues with the webpage, I would suggest switching over to a new web browser. I personally like using Google Chrome and Safari, but you could pick the one you're most comfortable with! In fact, the Walt Disney World Resort website has a list of recommended browsers for you to choose from in order for the website to load properly.

    Finally, Alejandra, you could always speak to a friendly Cast Member by opening your My Disney Experience mobile app and clicking on the Chat icon, or by simply calling +1 (407) 827-7144. Whatever the problem is, the wonderful Cast Member you speak to will most likely be able to fix it for you and get you on your way to the magic!
