I bought two tickets one last December and one this year early January. And the tickets expired and I never knew they had an expiration date. Can I get credit? Or did I just lose my money?

Hello there Michael, thank you for dropping by planDisney!  I'm happy to help you get your tickets straightened out.

I have good news, wholly unused and expired Disneyland Resort tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket.  The new ticket purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of your original expired ticket.  I suggest calling the Ticket Services line to speak with a helpful Cast Member who can assist with your transaction.  When you secure your new tickets, don't forget to make a corresponding theme park reservation for the days you plan to visit the parks!

If you're in need of a place to stay during your next visit, I highly recommend checking out the Disneyland Resort Hotels!  Each has their own charm and deliver a magical experience to their Guests.  My kids love to stay at the Disneyland Hotel for the monorail-themed slides and pool, and we love to grab a drink at the famous Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar!  There truly is something for everyone at the Disneyland Hotel.

Best of luck getting your new tickets secured Michael, and if we can help with anything else before your next visit, please do not hesitate to come back to planDisney!

    Have a magical day!
