Hi there, Melissa. Welcome to planDisney!
I’m delighted to see you’re planning a trip to the
Happiest Place on Earth next month. What a magical way to start off 2026! (January 26th also happens to be my daughter’s birthday and we have a trip planned as well.) Let’s try and figure out your theme park reservation issue so that your trip will be smooth sailing!
When you purchased your
theme park tickets on the
Disneyland Resort website, you were asked to select January 26th as the day you intend to visit. This, in turn, becomes your
theme park reservation. On the other hand, if you’ve purchased a Disney Vacation Package, you would have to head back on the Disneyland Resort website to select which day(s) you plan to visit. Your theme park reservation for January 26th is likely already secured but we can double-check on the
Disneyland Mobile App to be safe.
First, you’ll want to make sure the tickets you’ve purchased are linked to your account. On the Disneyland Mobile App, tap the ≡ icon on the lower right to open up the menu. Tap “My Tickets & Passes” on the upper left to ensure your tickets are there. If not, you can tap “Link Tickets & Passes” to scan your tickets’ barcodes or manually input the ticket IDs to link to your account.
Once you’ve confirmed your tickets are linked, you can check to see if your theme park reservations for January 26th are secured. In the same menu, locate and tap “Future Plans” to see all the theme park reservations for your upcoming visit(s).
If you’re still encountering issues with your tickets and theme park reservations, I recommend contacting the
Disneyland Resort Tickets Services and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. I hope this information is helpful for you, Melissa. As you continue to plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again if you have more questions for us.
Sending you pixie dust,
Kiki
