Koko from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I bought two tickets for the 30th but we can’t make it. So I need to change the date for the tickets and I don’t know how

Hey there, hi there, Koko! Welcome to planDisney. Let's get your ticket question answered!

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to make your original ticket reservation dates. Disneyland Resort knows that plans can change and issues come up when it comes to reservations, so changing your reservation is not a problem! You actually will need to cancel your reservation and then make a new theme park reservation for your new date.

To do this, you will first need to log in to your Disney account on the Disneyland website. Once you are logged in, hover over the "My Disneyland" tab on the menu, and click on "Ticket and Reservation Details". On this page, click on "View My Park Reservations". This will bring you to a page that will show you your "Upcoming Reservations". To the right of these reservations,  you will see the option to cancel your reservation. Click on that and it will walk you through the process to cancel those reservations. Then you can head back to the "Ticket and Reservation Details" page, click on "Make Park Reservations", and then make new theme park reservations if you know of the new dates you want to book. If you aren't ready to book your new reservations, be sure to keep the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar handy to see what your options are.

Be sure to make note of which tier your current tickets are. This could be an issue when you make new theme park reservations if your current tier is one of the lower ones. Your current ticket tier may limit you on what days if any, you will be able to visit during the summer. If this is an issue, you can upgrade your ticket to a higher ticket tier.

Koko, I hope this helps you cancel and rebook your ticket to get to the Disneyland Resort. Please come back and let us know if there are any other questions we can help you with! See you real soon!
