    I bought two tickets which I cannot link to my account because 'they are already linked to my account'... except they do not show up in my account. I still need to reserve my park day

    Hi Catherine, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question, we really appreciate it!  I am so happy to see that you have already purchased your Theme Park Tickets, I bet you are just as excited as I am to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth!  

    It looks like you have already tried to link your Theme Park Tickets to your Disney Account, so I would recommend trying to make Theme Park Reservations.  You may not be able to see your Theme Park Tickets online, but they should be able to be found on the Disneyland Mobile App.  If you are unable to make your Theme Park Reservations, you will need to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to straighten out your Theme Park Ticket issue.
