    I bought two tickets on my account one for my mom and one for me and they are both linked to my account. How do I get her ticket linked to her account. So she can make her own fast passes?

    Hi Bailee!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It seems these days that we never vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort without friends or extended family, so I have a lot of practice with My Disney Experience.

    I went through this same situation last week when I renewed my Walt Disney World Annual Passes for myself and my husband. The best way to do this is to start by making sure your mom has her own My Disney Experience Account. Once she has that account created, you should send her a request to link using the Family & Friends option. She should receive an email and should accept your invitation to make plans together.

    After that, the rest is easy! Go to your My Disney Experience account to reassign the ticket to your mom. I find the desktop version to be easiest. Start with “My Plans,” and begin to scroll down the page. You’ll see “My Planning Party” and you should see yourself, as well as your mom, and anyone else you are linked to. Keep scrolling just below that area and you’ll see where it says “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” and by default, your “Daily Itinerary” will be showing. There should be a highlighted option to the right of where it says “Daily Itinerary” where you can switch to “Tickets & Memory Maker.”  Once that opens you’ll see all the tickets available and you can reassign any unused ticket to another member of your travel party!

    On the My Disney Experience Mobile App, hit the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, and then choose “Tickets and Passes.” From there you will see the tickets you have purchased and you can reassign one of them to your mom.
