I’m sorry you’re having issues with your Spider-Bots that you purchased fairly recently! What a bummer that they’re giving you problems. They look pretty fun; while I didn’t actually play with them, I enjoyed watching my children and a Cast Member play with them outside
WEB Suppliers. My children opted to purchase the Web Shooter Band and Repulsor instead.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to assist you directly regarding your Spider-Bots. However, I recommend
sending an email and a friendly Cast Member can assist you. In the email form you submit, under “subject line”, you can choose “Disneyland Resort Merchandise”. Simply describe the issues you’re having with the Spider-Bots and click “Send” on the bottom. You’ll soon receive a response from a Cast Member.
