I bought two Oogie Boogie bash tickets but they both went under one name and not the other and said they were un-transferrable. Will both of us be able to get in or are we just stuck?

A spooky planDisney welcome to you, Rachel! Thanks for visiting and bringing us your question.

It is exciting to hear you have tickets to the Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party! It is one of the most popular Special Events and a fantastic way to kick off Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.

I understand you have purchased two tickets to the Oogie Boogie Bash under one name. No problem! In most tickets, it is not necessary to correct the name of a ticket if there is an error or if another Guest will use it. This is because the Cast Member will take a photo of each person in your group to assign the ticket to the Guest when you arrive at the Theme Park entrance. Thereafter, the ticket belongs to the designated Guest.

However, I completely understand if you would still like to correct one of the names on your tickets. To do this, you will need to call the Tickets phone line and a Cast Member will assist you with this modification. It's a good idea to have your Ticket Confirmation Number before calling.

Rachel, did you know that a ticket to Oogie Boogie Bash includes admission to Disney California Adventure Park as early as 3:00 p.m.? No reservations are needed! This is one of the benefits of attending a Special Event.

I hope this helps, Rachel. Feel free to visit us again if you have any more questions. I wish you the spookiest visit!

    Your Pal,
