Hi Michelle!
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm so sorry to hear that you had to cancel your plans, but how exciting that you have another trip coming up soon!
According to the Walt Disney World Resort
ticket policy, tickets are nonrefundable, but don't worry –– the value of unexpired, unused tickets can be used for future vacations. This means that the value of the 1-day tickets you already purchased can be applied towards the purchase of a ticket for your upcoming trip. If the existing tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account, you can make changes directly from the
My Disney Experience mobile app (this can also be done under "My Plans" in the My Disney Experience section of the
Walt Disney World website). Begin by clicking on "My Tickets" in the mobile app, followed by "Change Tickets" on the next page. From here, you should see various options to make changes to your ticket, including the start date, number of days and type of ticket. Once you've made your selections, simply follow the onscreen prompts to take you through the checkout process. It's important to note that ticket prices are based on the ticket start date, so there may be an extra cost if the date of your new ticket is at a higher price point. Ticket changes can also be made in person at any Walt Disney World
Guest Relations location or by calling to speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277.
I'm so happy you stopped by planDisney, Michelle! Please know that you can come by again with any other questions you might have about your upcoming trip –– we're always here to help!
Happy New Year!
Amy
