    I bought two FastPass cards several years ago and haven't had a chance to use them until now. It looks like you discontinued Fast Pass. How do I use them, and what are they good for today? I now live in Florida and would like to visit Disney World.

    Hello Steve, and welcome to planDisney! I love seeing a fellow Floridian. As someone who's visited the parks for years, I definitely miss the FastPass and FastPass+ days. But as with all things, change is inevitable, and here at Walt Disney World Resort, we're always looking for ways to improve the experience.

    Unfortunately, you can no longer redeem FastPass+ at Walt Disney World theme parks. I recommend holding onto them as fun keepsakes! FastPass+ has been replaced at Walt Disney World Resort by Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass. I highly suggest exploring this new system on your My Disney Experience App, as it allows you to reserve ride times before you arrive and add more as your day goes on. Try navigating the app ahead of your visit so you feel comfortable with how it works. Since FastPass+ is no longer available, Lightning Lane pass is your best option for planning your day.

    I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but I really encourage you to try the new Lightning Lane passes. I use them every time I visit the parks, and as someone who goes often, I can't imagine planning a trip without them!
