I bought two extra 3 day passes that have not been used. They have the names of 2 people on the ticket that can’t go . How can I change the names to reflect the name of the 2 guests that can go?

    Hey Lynna!

    Welcome to planDisney!

We’re just a little over a month away from the reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. I am thrilled for the Magic of the theme parks to start up again on April 30, 2021. We’ll be having a ghoulish good time on the Haunted Mansion before we know it!

In the past, tickets were not really assigned until you got to the turnstiles where a Cast Member took your picture and assigned a ticket to each person in your party. If the name you linked your ticket to on the Disneyland Mobile App or Disneyland.com was different than the person using the ticket at the gate it was not a problem. You do have the option of calling Ticket Services and having them change the names for you. This may be a good idea to do because when the parks reopen you will need to make a theme park reservation and I would want everything to be squared away so you don’t have any hiccups online. Stay tuned for how to use the theme park reservation system by following along on the Disney Parks Blog.

Well Lynna, If you have any more questions for us please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
