    I bought two 4 day single park tickets , for my girlfriend and I. But I forgot to put her name on the 4 tickets for her. I bought them thru triple A and have linked them to my Disney app. What should I do to get her name on her tickets ??

    Hi Laurel,

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I’m so excited for your upcoming trip! Visiting Disneyland this time of year is especially magical, with Halloween Time already underway and the Holidays right around the corner. Now, let's get down to business and talk about transferring tickets.

    As long as your ticket is wholly unused and unexpired, you can transfer it to someone else. Your girlfriend can try linking the unused ticket to her MyDisney account, either through the Disneyland app or online. You’ll need to share the ticket ID number with her (this can be found below the barcode on the ticket), or she can scan the barcode directly from your phone.

    When your girlfriend launches the Disneyland app, she should:

    * Tap the three bars in the bottom right corner.
    * Click the “My Tickets & Passes” box at the top left.
    * Tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner.
    * Select “Link Tickets & Passes” to add the ticket.

    If that doesn't work, I recommend calling Disney Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to request a name change. When calling, be sure to have the following information ready:

    * The full name of the person receiving the ticket
    * Their MyDisney account email
    * Their phone number

    Laurel, I’m not sure if you’ve been to the parks recently, but there are new turnstiles at the Disneyland Resort parks that make scanning in much quicker. You’ll approach the turnstile and scan each ticket (for you, it’ll likely be the digital one in the Disneyland mobile app). As each ticket is scanned, the Guest using it will take a photo right there on the screen. That’s when the ticket officially becomes assigned to them. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with this updated process if it’s been a while since your last visit.

    I hope this information helps, Laurel! If you have any other questions or need help with future planning, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow panelists. We’re always here to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your Disney adventures.

    Hope you all have a magical trip!
