I bought two 5 day passes on line & linked them to my account. Because of covid, we could not come down. We are making plans to come this August, but my tickets are not in myDisney Experience Account. Where can I find them to use?

    Hi Megan! Welcome to planDisney.

I’m so happy to hear that you’re making plans for a “re-do” of your cancelled visit last year. Like you, I cancelled a couple of visits to the Walt Disney World Resort in 2020, and I cannot wait to get back in just a few short months.

Now, let’s find those tickets. You say you’ve checked your My Disney Experience account, but let’s walk through some steps just to double-check. Using the My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Then, tap “Tickets and Passes.” Do you see any tickets on that screen? If they are there, you’ll want to take a look at the expiration date on the ticket to be sure it’s still valid.

If you don’t see the tickets there, you’ll need to search the email address you used to purchase the tickets to find your confirmation number. If you can’t find your confirmation email, please call the Existing Tickets Cast Members at (407) 566-4985. You will need the email address and credit card number you used to purchase the tickets when you call. Let them know that the tickets were linked to your My Disney Experience account but you no longer see them and they should be able to work their special magic and help you out.

Once your tickets are straightened out, be sure to make your Disney Park Pass reservations, Megan. As part of the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, all Guests must have a valid Disney Park Pass reservation to enter a theme park. The theme parks are currently operating at reduced capacity, so I encourage you to make those reservations soon to ensure your plans line up just the way you’re wishing.

I’m sending pixie dust that this is resolved quickly and easily so you can focus on all the other fun planning details. As you count down the days to your trip this summer, be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog to stay up-to-date with the latest information, updates, and planning tips (I love the Foodie Guides). Your friends here at planDisney are standing by if you have any further questions as you do your Disney dreaming!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
