I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to use the previously purchased 1-day tickets at Disneyland Resort due to the pandemic. Like you, my family and I had to postpone a few Disney trips as well. “Hakuna Matata” even if you’re unable to make it to Disneyland Resort prior to the ticket expiration date. According to
Disney’s eTicket Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount you paid for your wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (except for Special Event ticket) can be applied towards the purchase of new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket price just needs to be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit once the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopen, simply head to a Main Entrance ticket booth and a Cast Member will assist you in applying your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
