Hello Antonio!
Thanks for dropping by with your question and welcome to planDisney!
Unused single-day tickets and wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the stated expiration date. This date can usually be found on the back of your tickets or underneath the barcode in the
Disneyland Mobile App. The expiration date may also be stated in the confirmation email you received when you purchased the tickets. Please keep in mind that during the theme park closure the Disneyland Resort extended certain promotional ticket types, the new expiration dates for those tickets can be found online.
In the event, you are unable to use the tickets before the printed expiration date, please don’t stress. According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. When you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
So, go ahead and link the tickets to your Disneyland App and attempt to make a
Theme Park Reservation. If you have any additional questions, please contact Tickets Services at (714) 781-4636.
I hope this info helps! See ya real soon at "The Happiest Place on Earth!"
