We bought a two day park hopper pass and reserved times for august. Our plans have changed. Are those tickets able to be changed to a different date?

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question - I'm happy to help.

I'm so sorry to hEAR you've had to make a change to your vacation plans. While unforeseen circumstances can sometimes put a kink in our plans, it's good to know that changing the usage dates on your theme park tickets is a pretty simple process. Here's how:

    • In the My Disney Experience mobile app on your device, click the icon in the lower right corner of the home page to reach your personal My Disney Experience account page.
    • In the "Tickets and Passes" section, you should see a list of active tickets associated with your account.
    • Choose the ticket or tickets you'd like to modify, and select "Change Ticket".
    • You'll then be able to change Valid Ticket Dates, Number of Days, or Ticket Type. Select "Valid Ticket Dates" to modify the date for the first use of your Theme Park Ticket. You'll then see the cost (if any) to change the dates. While there is no charge to modify the usage dates on your Theme Park Tickets (unless you choose dates with higher ticket prices), there are no refunds or credits given if you change to dates with a lower price.
    • Make sure to check Theme Park Availability for your new dates, and secure your new Disney Park Pass reservations!
I hope this helps, and you'll be able to get your tickets all set up for your new dates. Have a magical vacation!
