Hello Bill,
Thanks for stopping in to see us at planDisney, and thanks for bringing us your question!
I'm happy to hear you're heading to "The Happiest Place on Earth," though I'm sorry to hear that not all of your Mouseketeers can join you as planned.
The theme park reservations that you made for the Disneyland Resort theme parks can be easily managed with the
My Theme Park Reservations features in your Disneyland Resort account online. You'll see your theme park reservations displayed, and you'll see you can select a reservation to view its details, and you'll also see an option to cancel the reservation. It's helpful to know that the cancellation steps will prompt you to select the specific Guests on the reservation for whom you want to cancel the reservation. In other words, canceling a theme park reservation does not mean you need to cancel the reservation for all Guests on the reservation. You can also manage your theme park reservations using the
Disneyland Resort mobile app.
If you'd like to reassign the theme park tickets so that the tickets are in your name, you can take care of this at Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth. You could also call the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member who can assist you.
Bill, you also asked about upgrading your theme park ticket to a
Magic Key pass. I'm happy to share that you absolutely can
upgrade an eligible theme park ticket to a Magic Key pass. The recommendation is to upgrade your ticket at the end of the day of your theme park visit using the Disneyland Resort mobile app. Tickets that are fully used, tickets that are partially used and expired, special event tickets, or California Resident tickets would not be eligible to upgrade to a Magic Key pass. It's important to note that you would not be able to upgrade multiple tickets to a Magic Key pass. You would be able to upgrade a single eligible theme park ticket to a Magic Key pass.
Bill, here's wishing you a fun-filled and fantastic day visiting the Disneyland Resort!
Jerry
