    Bought tier 2 and wanted to exchange for tier 5? Can we do that or how can we upgrade ?

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever! 

    What a great question! I want to let you know that you are able to upgrade your Tier-Two Disneyland Theme Park Ticket to a Tier-Five ticket by visiting a Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Booth in person. Unfortunately, you are not able to upgrade a theme park ticket over the phone or in your My Disneyland Account. Please be aware that when you do upgrade your ticket, you will be required to make a brand new Disneyland Theme Park Reservation. The GREAT thing is that you will be able to make a reservation in your Disneyland Mobile App.
