    Hello, I bought a tier 3 ticket and have been trying to reschedule for a Saturday. The problem is I'm unable to schedule for weekends, they are not full capacity either. Is there a way I can pay extra if the issue is the cost of that tier 3 ticket?

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! It looks like you will be arriving in a few days...WOO HOO! We KNOW you are going to have the most MAGICAL time!

    I am very happy to inform you that you most definitely can upgrade your Disneyland Theme Park Ticket by visiting a Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Booth in person. Unfortunately, you are not able to make this upgrade over the phone or in your My Disneyland Account. Please be aware that when you make a change to your ticket, you will be required to make a Disneyland Theme Park Reservation. The GREAT thing is that you can easily make a reservation through your Disneyland Mobile App. I would also recommend checking the Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar to make sure reservations are still available on the day you plan to visit any of the theme parks.
