Hello, Tony!
Uh oh! Where did
Experiment 626 hide those tickets? Let’s see if we can offer a few clues for where to find them.
First of all, I’m going to assume you either purchased your tickets directly from Disney or you already
linked tickets purchased from a third party to your Disneyland Resort account. If you purchased directly from Disney, you should have received a confirmation email from dlr.guest.mail@disneyonline.com with the subject “Disneyland Confirmation” along with the confirmation number. If that email isn’t in your inbox, you might try hunting for it in your spam or junk mail folder, just in case. From the email, you can open the "Access Your eTickets" link to print out your
Disney eTickets if you’d like. The confirmation email also includes information about
ticket expiration dates.
Alternatively, I recommend looking for your tickets in the
Disneyland mobile app. In the app, make sure you are logged into the same account used to purchase or link the tickets. Then, navigate to the ☰ feature menu and tap on the "Tickets and Passes" tile to reveal your tickets. Unexpired and valid tickets will show up there, where you can swipe left and right to see each one. If you don’t see your tickets linked to your account, you may need to reach out to a Cast Member with the
Tickets phone line for more assistance.
Once tickets are located and linked to your account, use the Disneyland mobile app to book your
theme park reservations. From the ‘+’ pop-up menu on the bottom of the app screen, select "Make a Park Reservation” then tap "Make Park Reservations." This can also be done online using the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page. Clicking the "Book Theme Park Reservation" button will then take you to a page that lets you select the eligible tickets and then proceed with selecting an
available theme park reservation. Note that some
one-day ticket tiers have blockout dates. To use a one-day ticket on a date available only for higher-tier tickets, the ticket must first be upgraded at a main entrance ticket booth.
Tony’s Tip: If your preferred date isn’t currently
available, don’t give up hope! Other Guests often need to change plans. So keep checking the calendar for openings that may come up. Alternatively, you might also want to plus up the magic of your Disneyland Resort visit by booking a stay at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels. Guests of the on-site hotels may also book from
theme park reservations exclusively for hotel Guests.
I am wishing on a star that you find your missing tickets and get a chance to experience the
magic currently available at the Disneyland Resort, Tony.
See ya real soon!
~Tony
