We bought tickets through walt disney web site. We are supposed to go May 23 2022. But now I got in an accident and broke my back. Can we move are tickets to next year?

Hey Howdy Hey Lolita and welcome to planDisney!

My goodness! I am so sorry to hear about your car accident and your back. I am glad you are in better spirits to take care of your vacation so let's see what we can do to get your tickets moved.

The first thing you can try is to move your tickets online through your My Disney Experience account. Once you log on, go to your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. There, you should see the heading "Tickets & Memory Maker" which you will click on. You should see the list of your tickets and the party members they are assigned to. Click on the blue hyperlink "Change Ticket". From there you should see an option to change the dates of usage of your tickets and the ability to toggle through the calendar to move your tickets to a new date.

Depending on how far in the future you want to move the tickets, you may not able to do this part online. Hakuna Matata Lolita, what you will have to do is to call Disney at (407) 934-7639 and a Cast Member will be able to help you through this process. Now there are no change fees when you go to modify the dates of your tickets however tickets are priced differently depending on the park and the day of usage. So you might see an extra change when making these changes that reflect the price difference, but either the Cast Member you speak to will let you know about the difference or you will see it online before making the change.

Good luck getting everything with your vacation changed and I wish you a speedy recovery. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Have a Magical Day,
