Romina, it sounds as if you are off to a great start by creating your
Disney account to then manage your plans via the
My Disney Experience planning, if you also download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, once you've linked your plans online, they'll appear in the app too! As a fellow Canadian Disney fan, sometimes I encounter glitches with the official Disney websites therefore may I suggest checking to see if you are using the
recommended browsers that work best with the Walt Disney World Resort sites online. Once signed in please switch the country filter from Canada to the United States. Also, check to see if your
mobile device is operating with the minimum device requirements needed to run the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sometimes I even have to restart my mobile device and even offload and reinstall the My Disney Experience Mobile App to get things working properly. If you have tried the above and still experience difficulties please reach out to the
Walt Disney World Resort - Website Support - they work their special brand of magic over there! I apologize that there is not a Toll-Free number to use, Romina, I recommend calling first thing in the morning or later in the evening as wait times may be reduced. Support line hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time daily.
Next Steps:Once you are able to access your Disney account and have
linked your Walt Disney World Resort reservations and purchases, kindly proceed to secure your
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations for each day of your valid theme park admission.
At 60-days before your arrival, you can begin to make your
Disney Dining Reservations to enjoy delicious Table-Service and
Disney Character Dining. For any venues that are located in a Walt Disney World Resort theme park, you will also need valid admission and a Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation.
Tips:Opt into the
Disney Genie+ service on each day of your theme park visits, using the My Disney Experience Mobile App to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance.
Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App enjoy the convenience of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering and join a
walk-up waitlist for select Walt Disney World Resort dining venues.
