We bought tickets using the Disney App, but we don't have our entrance cards nor do we have a Disney bracelet. How do we get in the park? (we already have our reservations). Do we need to take everyone's ID? Or just the credit card cardholder ID?

    Hi Ana Beatriz!

Thanks for visiting us here at the planDisney Panel! Great question! You have nothing to worry about! You can get your ticket cards when you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort, either by visiting Guest Relations at the entrance of any park or one of the ticket windows. You will need to present the identification and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. I always recommend for all adults over the age of 18 to bring their identification, just in case someone asks for it. If you want to get your ticket cards before your park visit day, you can visit Disney Springs and stop by the Disney Ticket Center. They will be able to assist you in obtaining a ticket card as well. You also have the option of purchasing a new MagicBand for your party, upon arrival, and linking it to your My Disney Experience Account. These are sold at the World of Disney Store in Disney Springs or in almost every gift shop or Resort Hotel located in the Walt Disney World resort. Hope this helps and that you and your family have a magical vacation!

Since you are sending us this question from Guatemala, I wanted to also let you know that the planDisney Panel is now answering questions in Spanish! Please feel free to check us out and if you have any friends or family that would like help planning their Disney vacations in their native language, send them our way as well!

Quick tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app on your mobile phone! Here you can see wait times for attractions and this is where you can place a mobile order for many of the fast food kiosks!

It has been a pleasure assisting you! Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!
