Hi Amos!
Welcome to planDisney. We are always here to help you navigate the
phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort and plan your very own magical vacation! Thank you for sending us your question about
Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket expiration.
Amos, I am thrilled to share that
most tickets purchased after 2004 do not begin to expire until you use them! Most tickets purchased between 2004 and 2019 expire 14 days after their first use. Because you never used your theme park ticket, it is very likely that it is still valid! Woo-hoo!
However, there is a simple way of verifying this information — from the comfort of your own home!
Please email
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following information:
- Photograph or scan of the front and back of your theme park ticket.
- Your full name.
- Where and when you purchased your theme park ticket.
- Purchaser’s name and form of payment.
- Phone number where you can be reached during the day.
A Cast Member will reply to you as soon as possible. However, it may take up to 14 days to receive a reply. If you are traveling soon, it is possible to check in person upon your arrival to the Most Magical Place on Earth at any of the following locations:
- Ticket windows at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and water parks
-
Concierge desks at Disney Resorts Collection hotels-
Guest Relations at Disney Springs
Amos, I hope I have helped answer your question and we look forward to helping you again. Please visit planDisney soon!
All EARS,
Priscila
