Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question, we appreciate it! It looks like you are planning on visiting Disneyland Resort soon, I bet you are going to have a magical visit after such a long closure!
Since you already have Theme Park Tickets, you may need to try linking them to your Disney Account on the Disneyland Resort website or using the Disneyland Mobile App. To link your Theme Park Tickets using the
Disneyland Resort website, sign into your
Disney Account and then select the "My Disneyland" tab followed by "Link Tickets". From there, follow the prompts to add your Ticket information. If you are using the
Disneyland Mobile App select "Tickets and Passes" and then "Link Tickets & Passes".
Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked, try making
Theme Park Reservations. If you are still unable to make your Theme Park Reservations, you will have to call
Ticket Services where a Cast Member will help in real time to properly assign your Theme Park Tickets.
