Hello there, Lyndsey!
I’m so glad you reached out to planDisney before your vacation to sort this out. Hakuna Matata, you still have plenty of time to ensure you have access to Memory Maker (Advanced Purchase) before your trip.
Lyndsey, if your
Memory Maker (Advanced Purchase) doesn’t appear, it may be because it does not become active immediately after purchase, and you may need to wait at least three days after your purchase to activate the package. In addition, if you weren’t signed into the
My Disney Experience account when the Memory Maker was purchased, you may need to manually
link the Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account.
If, for whatever reason, the Memory Maker (Advanced Purchase) was not added to your package, you should be able to add it on as long as you purchase it prior to taking a photo; however, any photos taken three days prior to the date Memory Maker is purchased won’t be included in the package.
One of the best perks of adding the Memory Maker to your account is that you can share it with up to 25 members of your Family and Friends. To do this, you’ll need to ensure everyone in your party is linked to your
“Family & Friends List.” Once everyone is linked to your account and you use your device or Disney band to link the photos to your account, everyone on your list should be able to see your photos.
If the Memory Maker (Advanced Purchase) doesn’t appear in your account after these steps, I recommend speaking with your travel agent or
calling a Cast Member to discuss what might be wrong.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
