I bought my tickets through a travel agent, and she Dosent have the reservation code required to link it to my Disney account. How can I get it?

    Bonjour Clara!

Thank you so much for sending us your question and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet. Clara, your trip is only a few days away! That is so exciting, can you even believe it? I am honoured that you came to us during your planning process, and I am thrilled to be helping a fellow Canadian. How excited are you to leave the Canadian cold for Florida's warm climate and sunny days?

Now let's talk about your tickets. I am sorry that you are having issues linking your tickets, but there are things you can do to fix this. The number one solution I would recommend would be for your travel agent to get in contact with a Cast Member via chat, email or phone. With your information, they should be able to find the reservation and link your tickets themselves. Disney Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers, and I always go to them when I have questions or issues like this. If your travel agent was able to find the confirmation email, however, you would be able to go into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans" and then on "Add More Plans." When clicking on "Link Reservations and Purchases," you will be able to select the "Tickets" option and enter their ID number.

Once you have your tickets linked on My Disney Experience, your travel agent will be able to make theme park reservations for you as well. Although your magical vacation is coming very soon, I can see that all theme parks still have reservations available, so don't worry about availability! I would recommend keeping an eye on the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure you can have the itinerary of your dreams.

Now, Clara, if you are like me and enjoy fun treats, be sure to stop by EPCOT on your vacation to try out the unique food options that are only available during the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! Canada's Wild Mushroom Risotto was incredible, and the Deconstructed Key-Lime Pie is a Festival of the Arts classic! However, if eating around the world is not your forte, I cannot recommend the Expression Section: A Paint-by-Number Mural enough. Getting to participate in a giant paint-by-number mural is so much fun, and you can redeem a bookmark at the end of the finished design!

I hope this was helpful, Clara, and that you can get back to planning your magical vacation real soon. If you have any other questions in the time leading to your trip, feel free to reach out. If you ever wonder if we can answer your question, the answer is always: yes, we can-ada!

Have a magical day and I am sending you all the pixie dust,
