Hello. I bought tickets and was told I need to head to the ticket booth to grab my card. Where do I find this. My first park day is going to be Epcot. Also, I will be at Disney springs 2 days prior. Can I grab it there? Thanks.

    Hey there, Jennifer!

It's great to see you here at planDisney! We love helping fellow Guests like you and answering your questions based on our own Disney vacation experiences. I know the Disney vacations I've enjoyed with my family are the source of so many precious memories. I'm sure you're looking forward to creating your own cherished memories of your magical vacation.

You've already purchased your Walt Disney World Resort theme park admission tickets, and that means you're one step closer to taking in all the experiences, thrills, and adventures of the theme parks. You can find a Guest Relations Window at each of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, and they are located just outside a park's main entrance.

If you visit the Walt Disney World Resort website, you can see a handy map detailing where you can find the Guest Relation Window for each of the theme parks. You can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app and search for "Guest Relations" and use the app's "Find on Map" and "Get Directions" features to view where the Guest Relation Windows are located.

You can also visit the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs which you can find in the Town Center area of Disney Springs. This might be a good option for you because you mention you'll be visiting Disney Springs before your visit to Epcot.

Now that you purchased your tickets, be sure to check out the Disney Park Pass system to make your theme park reservations. After you have made your theme park reservation, you can view the reservation details in the  "My Plans" area of your My Disney Experience app, both on the website and using the mobile app version.

Jennifer, I hope this info helps you with your plans. If you have more questions as you plan out your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, just stop back here and ask us at planDisney. We're here for you and happy to help.

Enjoy all your Walt Disney World days!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
