Hiya, Sherina!
Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you purchased tickets to The Most Magical Place on Earth today! Your departure date will be here before you know it and I am sure you are ready to start planning your adventure. So, let's go over some options to find that missing ticket information.
Depending on the site used to purchase tickets to Walt Disney World, you may experience a short delay in receiving your email. Third-party vendors may take a little longer to process an order. This is something to keep in mind if you did not order directly through Disney. If you do not see the email within 24 hours, I recommend sending a message to the
Ticket Inquiries team or you can choose to speak to a friendly
Cast Member with New Tickets by phone. There is also the
Chat option on the
Walt Disney World website. This can be a great time saver when wait times are a little longer than expected. Did you purchase your tickets through the
My Disney Experience website or app? This option will automatically add your tickets to your plans. You will be able to find them under the My Plans tab of the drop-down menu. At the bottom of this screen, you will see a blue Tickets & Memory Maker link. Your tickets may be magically waiting here for you. And of course, I do want to mention that you should check your Junk/Spam folder just in case the magic accidentally took a detour.
Sherina, after you receive your email that includes your ticket ID numbers, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience app. Have you already completed this step? Awesome! This is the perfect tool for magical itinerary planning on the go. The My Disney Experience app gives you access to
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering,
Disney MagicMobile Service, and the all-new
Disney Genie. All of these features are designed to save you time in line and make your day a little more magical! Be sure to add your tickets and your travel party before you arrive.
I hope that this information helps you find your tickets. And don't forget to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations once you have located your admission email. Currently, all four theme parks do require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket.
We'll see ya real soon!
