    I bought tickets today but I chose the wrong tier. Is it possible to upgrade tier so I can make reservations to the date I prefer? I’m willing to pay the cost different. I can’t connect to Disney staff. Please help!!

    Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are very excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets!

    In order to upgrade your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets to a different tier, you must do this in person at a Disneyland Ticket Booth once you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately, you are not able to make this change over the phone or in your My Disneyland Account. 

    We know the wait time to talk to a Cast Member the past few weeks have been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I have only waited a few minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.) If you do have additional questions, the number to call and speak to a very helpful Cast Member is 714-781-4636.
