    I bought 2 tickets that are tier 4 and one ticket tier 5. I want to be able to go on a tier 5 day. How do I upgrade the tier 4 tickets to tier 5 tickets?

    Thanks for bringing such a great question to us, I’ll be more than happy to answer that for you. You are more than welcome to upgrade your tier 4 theme park ticket to a tier 5 theme park ticket, by visiting any of the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths in person.

    Unfortunately, you are not able to upgrade theme park tickets over the phone or in your My Disneyland Account. Jennifer, keep in mind that when you do upgrade your ticket, you will also have to schedule a new theme park reservation as well.
