We bought tickets from a third party agent. The tickets had dates assigned to them. Do we have to use the tickets on those dates or is there any flexibility in when we can use them? We don't want to miss out on a whole day because of this.

Hello Thomas and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel,

Recently the Walt Disney World Resort changed to date-based ticketing and pricing. What that means is, your tickets are valid for a set length of time dictated by your indicated start date. You may change that start date anytime before the start date on the ticket. However, if the dates selected are higher priced days you will need to pay the difference.  Another option is to add the flexible date feature. For an additional fee, tickets can be used anytime within a 14-day window.

If you would like to change the start date of your tickets, I would advise calling the friendly folks at Disney Reservations.  They can explain any options you may have.

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    See ya real soon,
    Anne
