I bought tickets several months ago. How do I find them?

    Hi Debra!

Welcome to planDisney! Planning a Disneyland Resort visit during the holidays always feels extra magical, with festive moments, characters in their holiday best, and lots of seasonal treats around every corner. Before you dive into all the festive fun, let's find those tickets you purchased a few months ago.

If you purchased tickets on the Disneyland website, we should be able to locate them with just a few taps in the Disneyland app. You'll want to log in to the app with the same account information used to purchase those tickets. If you are in the app, head to the three-line icon in the bottom right-hand corner and tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile on the next screen. Here, you will see any theme park tickets linked to your account, scrolling left to see additional tickets if you have more than one. Hopefully, we've found those tickets for you and you are well on your way to the magic!

If, for some reason, your tickets are not visible in the app, we can try to retrieve your purchase confirmation email as well. This will take just a quick search of your inbox. Typically, purchase confirmation emails will come from "Disneyland Reservations". When you open the email, you should see a button to "Access Your eTickets". Likewise, you can note the "Ticket Confirmation Number". Copy this number and head back to "My Tickets and Passes" in the app. In the top right-hand corner, you will tap the "+" sign and see the option to "Link Tickets and Passes". Once you arrive on the next screen, choose "Type ID" and manually enter or paste your ticket confirmation number. Your ticket should now magically appear in "My Tickets and Passes". If, for some reason, you still are unable to locate your tickets, I'd recommend giving Guest Services a call, as they can help with your specific account.

Debra, I hope this has been helpful! While you are in planning mode, I'd recommend taking a look at the Disney Parks Blog, which is an incredible resource for all things Holidays at the Happiest Place on Earth. You'll find guides detailing all the holiday treats and where to find them, in addition to what characters will be out and about during this special season!

If you have any more questions, we are always here for you at planDisney!

    Have a very merry visit!
