It's always sad when real life takes over leaving Guests with no option but to change or even cancel their magical vacation plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Therefore, I'm truly sorry to know this has recently been the case for you, Mary.
I'm happy to share that Guests should be able to view any currently valid
Disney Theme Park Tickets via their
My Disney Experience account.
To view any currently valid Disney Theme Park Tickets simply open your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, select the
3 horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and from that new page select the
Tickets and Passes square.
However as you will no doubt understand, as a planDisney Panelist, I'm unable to gain access to your My Disney Experience account. Therefore, Mary, I'm going to suggest that you speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully advise on a way forward with any unused Disney Theme Park Tickets that may remain in your account.
