Greetings, Matt! I'm always so happy to welcome a fellow Guest from Washington State to planDisney!
What a gift to be able to spend the merriest time of year at Disneyland Resort! I can imagine you and your loved ones are getting very excited. Let's see if we can get these park reservation questions squared away so you can get back to the fun part of planning your upcoming visit.
First, I'm happy to share that if you purchased your
theme park tickets through the official Disneyland Resort website, it is possible that you already secured your
theme park reservations at the time of ticket purchase. Typically, the system requires you to select your dates and the theme park you wish to start your day, and by confirming all these details upon purchase, you will have also made your park reservations! But, there is a way to check for this by logging into your Disney account and selecting the "
My Plans" section. If you see your visit dates and all the Guests in your travel party whose tickets are linked to your account (along with a confirmation number for your reservation), you should be good to go! If you still need to link your tickets to your account, you can do so on the
Link Tickets page.
If nothing appears in your My Plans section, you may need to go ahead and make those park reservations using the
Tickets and Reservation Details page. You will want to select the option for Guests who already have confirmed theme park admission and follow the prompts to select your dates and starting park. Then, you'll receive an email confirmation with these plans and you can also locate these details in your Disney account online or in the official
Disneyland mobile app.Matt, if you'd like some assistance from a Cast Member directly, you can certainly call the
Tickets line and request to make (or verify) your theme park reservations by phone. I have always had great success navigating any technical issues with the support of a friendly Cast Member and I know they'd be happy to help.
I hope this is a helpful set of next steps, Matt. I am wishing you and yours an unforgettable time in Disneyland Resort this holiday season, and I know your visit will be full of magical memories. If you haven't yet checked out the
Disney Eats Foodie Guide to the Holidays at Disneyland Resort, I hope you'll make time to take a look at all the seasonal eats and treats. There are just so many holiday delights to celebrate this special time of year! If we can lend any other recommendations on planning your next visit, please don't hesitate to
share another question with me or any of the planDisney panelists again. We'd love to help!
Warm wishes,
Tishra
