I bought my tickets from Sam’s club with Genie plus and I want to make sure they are all loaded up so I can use them on my first day”

Oh boy! You are only a few more sleeps away from your Walt Disney World vacation! Soon enough you will be hanging out with Mickey, Minnie, and the rest of the gang at the Most Magical Place on Earth. Since you are so close to arriving onsite, it's best to make sure you have everything squared away for your stay!

With the purchase of your tickets, you are also required to make theme park reservations to the parks you wish to visit on select dates. You should have received a ticket confirmation number upon purchase of your tickets with Sam's Club. You can find this code either in a confirmation email or below the barcode on the physical ticket. Next, you'll need to create a My Disney Experience account (if you do not have one already) to be able to make park reservations for your tickets. Follow the steps below to take care of this.

1. Visit the Walt Disney World website and click on "My Disney Experience".
2. Log on or create an account.
3. Once completed, locate "Park Tickets" and hover over the icon to select "Link Tickets".
4. Enter the Ticket ID code you found earlier to link your tickets to your account.
5. Once linked, go back to the My Disney Experience main page and select "Park Reservations".
6. Select the park you want to visit (depending on availability) each day to secure your reservations.
7. Once completed, go back to the main page and scroll down to "Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" to confirm your reservations are correct.

Since you're only a few days from your stay, if you have not made reservations yet, there is a high probability that some parks may not be available on certain days. I suggest checking the theme park availability calendar to see what your options are. You may need to be flexible with your plans depending on availability. If you purchased the Park Hopper Option with your tickets, this will allow you to visit multiple parks in one day. You can visit other parks starting at 2 PM, and park reservations are not required for the parks you end up hopping to. 

With the purchase of Disney Genie+, you are going to want to download the My Disney Experience App to effectively use this service throughout the day in the parks. Once you log on, tap the three horizontal bars on the bottom right corner of the screen and tap on "Tip Board". Here you will find each attraction that is available to make a Genie+ selection for. You'll need to tap on the attraction and follow the prompts to secure arrival windows throughout the day.
