    I bought tickets to the resort and the Walt Disney resort in Florida when should I receive any sort of tickets and my wristbands I never got anything that said when

    Welcome to planDisney! I am so very glad that you have stopped by with your planning questions. I am sure that you are getting excited about your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth. 

    Let's start with receiving your tickets. If your theme park tickets are part of a Walt Disney World vacation package, you should have received an email with a confirmation number within 24 hours of booking your trip. This email contains a confirmation number that you can link to your My Disney Experience account. If you do not have an account yet, Hakuna Matata. It is easy to create an account and link your upcoming travel plans. Once your plans are in your My Disney Experience account, you will not need physical tickets to enter the theme park. You can use a MagicBand or card, or you can use Disney MagicMobile Service. This amazing feature allows you to enter the parks with the tap of your device. No screen unlocking is required! If you purchased tickets that are not part of a package you will receive an email with ticket ID numbers that you can enter into My Disney Experience. These ticket codes can be linked to your account in just a few moments. If you have not received your vacation information I recommend reaching out to a Friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or Existing Tickets to have this information resent to you.

    Okay, on to wristbands, friend! MagicBands can be ordered online through My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website. Choose the My Magic Bands & Cards option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. You can select MagicBands with special pricing for your entire travel party on this page. Select the get started link to begin your order. I do have a couple of notes worth mentioning. You can only place an order once, so it is important to select bands for everyone in your travel party before checking out. If you would like to receive your bands before you arrive, I recommend ordering at least two weeks prior to your departure. Shipping times can vary, and a little extra time can be helpful. This is especially true when there are major holidays around your adventure. MagicBands ordered 6 to 10 days before arrival will be shipped directly to your resort. You will not be able to place an order less than five days before your arrival. This doesn't mean you cannot purchase a MagicBand! You can buy these magical accessories after your arrival in any of the four theme parks, at multiple locations in Disney Springs, and in most Walt Disney World Resort hotel merchandise shops. After you purchase it is easy to link your bands to your plans. Once you have linked your MagicBands, they will be ready for immediate use. If you do not wish to use a MagicBand you can pick up an admission card at your resort front desk or at any ticket window. 

    Once you have retrieved your travel information and linked it to your My Disney Experience account don't forget to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations. All four theme parks currently require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket.
