We bought tickets and have reservations for 7-27, 28, & 29. I printed out our park pass for 3 parks but only the Animal Kingdom (7/27) and EPCOT (7/29) printed correctly. I can’t print Animal Kingdom (7/28). Help!

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Katie. I'm so excited to hear you're going to be enjoying a few days at the Walt Disney World Resort! You and your family are sure to enjoy lots of pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks.

It sounds like you're having some technical difficulties, which certainly aren't magical. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" I'm happy to tell you that you don't need to worry about printing your Disney Park Passes. The Theme Park Reservations that you booked are linked to your Theme Park Tickets. When you arrive at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park on your first park day, you just need the confirmation email you received when you purchased your Theme Park Tickets. Head to a ticket window with your confirmation email, and a friendly Cast Member there will issue everyone in your party a Key to the World card. Since your Disney Park Pass is linked to your tickets (on the Key to the World cards), all you need to do is tap your card at a touchpoint for entry into the park. Your Key to the World cards will be sufficient for entry for your other two park days, so you won't need to stop by a ticket window again.

Have you heard about Disney MagicMobile service? This feature on the My Disney Experience mobile app works much like a MagicBand in that you can use it for entry into the theme parks! If you'd prefer to use your mobile device for theme park entry instead of a Key to the World card, you can create a Disney MagicMobile pass for everyone in your party. Start by clicking on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app homescreen. Select "Disney MagicMobile" and then tap on the little blue plus sign in the top right corner of the screen to create and customize your passes. Once your Disney MagicMobile passes are added to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay account, you can just tap your mobile device at the touchpoint when you arrive at the theme parks. Isn't that cool?

I hope this was helpful, Katie. I'm wishing you a Disney vacation that is practically perfect in every way!
