It sounds like you and your group are going to have a wonderful visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort! How do I know? Well, you're here asking all the
great questions! Your group will definitely thank you for being on top of all of the plans!
Currently, you can make Lighting Lane reservations through both
Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lane purchases for up to 12 people. Since you have a group of 15, you will not be able to make a reservation for everyone at the same time. However, you are more than welcome to split up your group of 15 however you would like! When you go to make your reservation on the My Disney Experience mobile app, you will be asked who you are making the reservation for. You will simply click the members of your party that would like to experience a certain attraction, book it, and then make another reservation for a different group. It's that simple!
While you can definitely be the person who makes all of the Lightning Lane reservations, you don't have to be. Anyone 13 or over can have their own
My Disney Experience account and use the app. As long as everyone is connected through the
My Family & Friends list, other members of your party can also make these reservations. Just keep in mind that the person who books Individual Lightning Lanes, which are per person, per ride purchases, will need to pay for that experience when they book it. In contrast, one person can buy Disney Genie+ for everyone and then each person can make their own reservations with that service as it has already been paid for for the day.

TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise at
Magic Kingdom Park, to meeting
Moana at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, to
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance in
Galaxy's Edge in
Disney's Hollywood Studios. I just know that you and your group are going to make some magical summertime memories!
