hi, bought tickets recently but can't find them and having trouble linking them to my app

    Hiya Rachel!

Thank you so much for sending us your question, and welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! Wow, Rachel, your magical vacation is coming soon! Can you believe that in only a few short days, you will be at the Walt Disney World Resort, soaking in all the magic? You have picked an especially magical time to visit as well, with the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival kicking off its 2022 season.

Now, let's talk about your tickets! I am sorry to hear that you are having issues linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, but luckily, there are a few things we can do. First, make sure to double-check your email address, your spam folder and the promotion tab if you are using Gmail. I have found that my Disney email confirmations often end up in these folders and can sometimes go unnoticed. If you can see the confirmation email there, simply log into your My Disney Experience account and click on "My Plans." There, click on "Add More Plans" and select "Link Reservations and Purchases." You will then be able to enter the confirmation number from your email. If you still cannot find the confirmation number, however, get in contact with a Cast Member via chat, email, or phone. Disney Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers and can help you with anything.

Once your tickets are successfully linked, don't forget to make your theme park reservations for your stay! Although I do not know how long you will be visiting, I would highly recommend that you plan some extra time to visit the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival. With breathtaking views, unique treats, limited-time merchandise and fun activities, you will not want to miss this festival. If you feel adventurous, I cannot recommend trying the Frushi at the Japan pavilion enough. With its fresh fruits and creamy topping, this treat is a must-try in my book!

I hope this was helpful, Rachel, and that you and your loved ones will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your trip, please don't hesitate to reach out. After all, as Alice would say, you can learn a lot of things from the flowers!

    Have a magical dai-sy,
