I bought tickets over the phone last night (7/24), I got the email confirmation #-- 4 letters 8 #. Neither the app or online is excepting my conf#, what do I do. I need to reserve parks for next month??

Hiya Jessica! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

Oh boy! Congratulations on purchasing park tickets to the Most Magical Place on Earth! There is nothing better than looking forward to a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! With your visit only a month away, now is the time to finalize your plans and get your My Disney Experience account ready to go for your upcoming trip. Let's troubleshoot how to get your tickets properly linked to your account!

Jessica, you are on the right track. I just recently purchased park tickets myself, and my confirmation number also consisted of four letters and eight numbers. The first thing you should have done was log on to your My Disney Experience account and select "Park Tickets". You'll then need to click on "Link Tickets" and enter this specific ID Number. If these are the steps that you followed and you received an error message, I would double-check your confirmation email to ensure that there was not any other confirmation code provided to you. The next thing I would do is check your confirmation email to ensure that the names you provided during the booking match the My Disney Experience account that you are trying to link to.

If you are still experiencing issues, the easiest thing to do is call the Website Support line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. I had an issue trying to link my resort hotel about a month ago and decided to call Walt Disney World. I was able to speak to a wonderful Cast Member that was able to access my account and take care of my issue directly over the phone! It took a matter of moments once I was able to relay my problem.

As you mentioned in your question, once you get your tickets linked to your account, you'll need to make Disney Park Pass Reservations to the parks you want to visit on select dates. To do so, log on to your My Disney Experience account and select "Park Reservations" followed by "Make a Reservation". From here, follow the prompts to secure the parks you want to visit each day.

Jessica, I have a feeling you are going to have an absolute blast during your upcoming stay! Stop back to see us again at planDisney!

    See ya real soon!
