Hey there, Ashlynn, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It’s always great to help a fellow Alabamian navigate their Walt Disney World Vacation planning. Hopefully, I can point you in the right direction and get you a few steps closer to your vacation.
Ashlynn, when you purchased your tickets through Sam’s Club, you should have received a confirmation number as part of your purchase. This confirmation number can be used to
link all of the Theme park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account. Once you link the tickets to your account, the rest of your group can create My Disney Experience Accounts, and you can share the Theme Park Tickets with them through the
Family & Friends list. The Friends & Family list is also found in your My Disney Experience Account and will help make planning for your vacation party a breeze! If you run into an issue linking your tickets, I suggest you reach out to an
Existing Tickets Cast Member for further assistance.
Once your Theme Park Tickets are linked to your account, you will no longer need to pick them up at will call. Linking your tickets will also allow your party to make
Theme Park Reservations via the Disney ParkPass System. Theme Park Tickets and Park Reservations are currently required for successful entry into the Theme Parks.
I personally love MagicBands and think they are Disney Vacation essentials. However, with the addition of
Disney’s MagicMobile Pass, my stance has changed a bit. If you’d like a free option, that gives you the same abilities as a MagicBand right from your mobile device, then MagicMobile Pass is for you! MagicMobile Passes can be created through your
My Disney Experience mobile app and saved to your mobile wallet for quick use during your vacation!
I hope this helps, Ashlynn! I know that was a lot of information,
so stop back by and ask me any additional questions you may have!
You’ve got a friend in me,
PG
