If I bought tickets for 2 people to go to Magic Kingdom(on same transaction), but put both tickets under 1 persons name, can both people still get in?

    Hi Quanaysia!

I'm so excited to help you get ready for your trip to Magic Kingdom, which is just around the corner! You're going to have a magical time visiting this amazing theme park that is always on my "must-do" list! Be sure to consider adding the Disney Genie+ service to your day to make the most of your time enjoying the park.

It sounds like you've purchased two theme park tickets, but linked them to the same person. Unfortunately, if the tickets are linked to the same person, then two different people won't be able to use them for your visit. However, you'll find that it's pretty easy to add your traveling companion to your account so you can link their ticket to them, even if they don't want their own My Disney Experience account!

First, you'll need to add the Guest who will be joining you at Magic Kingdom to your Friends & Family List. You can do that by clicking "+ Add a Guest." It sounds like you don't have a Disney Resort hotel reservation or other Guests in your Friends & Family List, so I recommend that you select "I'll enter their name and age" and then enter their information. Then you can choose if you would like to manage their plans or if you would like to send them an invitation to create their own account. Finally, click "Done" and your new friend or family member will be added to your account.

Once you have updated your Friends & Family List, you can link your second ticket to the other Guest. Simply head to the Theme Park Tickets and Passes section of your My Disney Experience account and you should see the two Magic Kingdom tickets you purchased, which should both be linked to you. You can click "Reassign Ticket" on one of your tickets and select the new member of your Friends & Family list to reassign it to your traveling partner. Once a ticket is linked to each of you, then you are both ready to enjoy your Magic Kingdom day!

Quanaysia, be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app for your trip because it will be really helpful as you enjoy your day in the theme park. With interactive maps, tips from the Disney Genie, and Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, it will help you make the most of your magical day. Also, let us know if you have additional questions we can help you with! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
