Hi Wendy,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Theme Park tickets are typically added to your My Disney Experience account virtually, so no physical paper tickets are required. If the tickets aren’t in your account (or you don’t have an account), Hakuna Matata, you’ll just need to link them using your confirmation number you received when you purchased your tickets!
Once you find the email with your ticket confirmation number, please make an account or sign into the
My Disney Experience mobile app. From the home screen of the app, press the three horizontal lines in the lower right-hand corner. Next, select “Tickets and Passes” then “Link Tickets & Passes”. Under the “Ticket or Pass” banner, you will be able to add your confirmation number. Once added, you should see your party’s tickets under the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app.
Now that your tickets are linked, you’ll want to confirm your
Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time, you need a Disney Park Pass and valid tickets for each day you’d like to go to the Theme Parks. You mentioned already having reservations, so if you already have them, awesome! If not, you'll want to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible.
If you prefer to have physical tickets, you can always head over to
Guest Services once you’re on property! They’ll just need a bit of information to find your reservation, then they can give you physical cards for your tickets.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your trip that’s just a few weeks away! If you have any last minute vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
