I bought tickets & a parking pass but needed to reschedule. How long are my tickets good for? Is there anything I need to do other than book a new park reservation for those tickets on the day we come? Will my parking pass work on the new day as well?

    Hello Beth Ann,

Thanks for coming to see us here at planDisney!

One of the things that's really helpful, I think, about buying your theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort is the flexibility you can have should you need to accommodate any changes.

Depending on the type of tickets you purchased, you'll likely have some different options based on the Terms and Conditions for the tickets. For example, if you were to go to the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page today and purchase a multi-day ticket, that ticket would expire 13 days after you first use it for theme park entry, or on January 12, 2023, whichever of those dates happens first. If you were to buy a 1-Day ticket, you would need to use that ticket by December 30, 2022, and you'd want to check the dates for using the ticket based on the different ticket tiers.

My best suggestion for checking out the specific expiration dates for the theme park tickets you purchased is to give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636.

It's also helpful to know that if your ticket happens to go unused and it expires, you can apply the amount you paid for the ticket towards the purchase of new theme park tickets.

The Theme Park Parking voucher is valid for 24 months from when you buy the voucher. You can check out more details for parking locations and parking procedures with the information available online.

Beth Ann, here's wishing you a wonderful visit to the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
